But the price of shielded wire is relatively high, and in some situations where anti-interference requirements are high, it can be used as a substitute for ordinary wire.
Flat wire is a wire with two or more wires arranged side by side. Flat wires have advantages such as small size, light weight, and good flexibility. However, flat wires have low conductivity and are not suitable for use in situations where high conductivity is required.
When selecting electronic wiring harness assembly wires, it is necessary to comprehensively consider the actual application needs. If high current or signal transmission is required, copper core wire should be selected. If it needs to be used in high-temperature environments, aluminum core wire or shielded wire should be selected. If it needs to be used in humid environments, copper core wire or enameled wire should be selected. If it is necessary to use it in situations with high anti-interference requirements, shielded wires should be selected.
