What is the difference between UL standard terminal wire and non-standard terminal wire?
UL standard terminal wires are in accordance with national standards and comply with UL758/UL1581/REACH standards. The copper wire of UL standard terminal wire can be tinned copper or bare copper, single copper or multi stranded copper wire. The size of the copper wire is not required, but it must meet the standard cross-sectional square. The outer diameter of UL standard terminal wires is insulated with polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and there are certain requirements for the size of the outer diameter, which cannot be changed. The packaging must be labeled with an UL label presented by UL company before shipment.
Non standard terminal wire refers to terminal wire with insufficient copper wire and outer diameter. Customers can customize copper wire and outer diameter size at their discretion.
The most commonly used UL standard terminal wires in the market are: UL1007 electronic wire, UL1015 electronic wire, UL1571 electronic wire, UL1061 electronic wire, and UL1095 electronic wire. It can be used as a single wire or processed into flat wires, terminal connection wires, UL electronic wires, and transparent electronic wires.
The biggest difference between UL standard terminal wires and non-standard terminal wires lies in the selection of raw material electronic wires.
